Automation Engineer - No of Positions - 2

• Qualification : Electric / Electronic diploma; 
  Experience : 4 year's experience in automation/electrical maintenance of CNC systems, PLC systems,
  PCs, servomotors, servo-drives, power distribution components in machinery. Use of Siemens
  technology: CNC and PLC 840D-SL and S7 PLC. Use of programming software Simatic S7 and
  Sinumerik HMI.
  

•  Job Role
  
  You will be part of the Erection Commissioning & Technical Assistance Department and you will be involved in international projects.
  
  You will carry out on the following activities:
  * Coordinate with Customer to manage customer team
  * Coordinate with Tenova Site manager
  * Perform Equipment electrical connection
  * Perform Startup activity from Equipment power on to the complete test
  * Performa Commissioning and performance guarantee achievement
  * Guarantee, wherever necessary, the execution of ''off site training'' and ''training on the job'' for Client personnel.
  * Equipment Maintenance
  * Documentation (manual review, update ...)
  * Service and customer support
  * Software installation and debug
  * Small CNC and PLC software change
  * PC installation and test
  * PC network installation
  * Report and archive the results of commissioning activities, giving feedback to technical department, in particular for guaranteed parameters and customer acceptance.
  * Ensure the collecting of trial documentation and technical documentation updated according to trials held.
  * Give feedback to project manager/engineer about the plant working condition in reference to the design parameters.
  
   REQUIRED  SKILLS 
  
  * Have a basic understanding of machine mechanical repair, hydraulics, pneumatics.
  * Demonstrated ability to read and utilize single line diagrams, I/O diagrams, PLC and CNC software listings, 
     electrical documentation, as well as mechanical assembly, layouts, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  * Machine electrical erection Supervision as per electric diagrams and drawings.
  * Reading Electrical Diagram and interface with Electrical office to discuss change, request of modification
  * Installation and change electronic / electrical component: Drive, Motors and other equipment.
  * Experience in performing software modifications, test them and ensure they are working.
  * Experience with troubleshooting and maintenance of low-voltage A/C motors.
  * Experience in maintaining electro-mechanical drives, electrical part of hydrostatic/hydrodynamic lubrication systems
  * Experience in Machine Tools manufacturing / troubleshooting.
  * Must have good verbal communication skills, with Customers and with technical personnel at manufacturing sites in Italy.
  * Must be a proven self-starter with a willingness to work in a team environment.
  * Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and email, PC software and Database ( basic knowledge MS, SQL )
  * Professional knowledge of English (writing and speaking);
  * Need experience / ability to get dirty as the Customer production environment is dirty / dusty
  * Must be available for extensive travel and adapt to Customer requirement to work extended hours or work on shifts, Saturday , Sunday , Holidays.
