  1. Business Development ( 1. we are not doing riders & security 2. We are working with collect & pay client only ) 
  2. Recruitment of blue collar manpower through recruiters ( picker , packer ,Scanners etc.)
  3. Operations ( Documentation , MIS & handling client escalations )
  
  
   REQUIRED  SKILLS 
  
  Candidate shall have worked with manpower company , shall have experience of bulk hiring
