Qualification
: Diploma or Degree in Instrumentation or Mechanical. Automation background is
an added advantage along with basic knowledge of Electronic controls & PLC
Experience/Age : 5-8 Yrs. + Min Age 30-35 years Old - Preferably Married and Settled. (flexible )
We are looking for candidates primarily with experience of dealing with instrumentation products for general Industry, , Someone with experience with Analytical customers, Laboratory , R&D / Chemical /process market is also suitable.
Preferably from Instrumentation side having experience of offering High end products to clients
He should be having experience of dealing with High end products with VALUE Based selling.
The person should be aware of the Tendering process and the use his experience to work on Long term Big value tenders right from enquiry generation till bidding the same.
Key account management skills are very important and essential for this role.
Being a senior manager level job he should be able to do product presentations to clients (Online / Offline)
Since this will be a remote operation, he should have apt skills to deal with Head office in coordination of regional work related to Sales & support to clients on timely basis.
Work experience with EPC / PMC and Consultants will have special consideration.
Job Role
:
* The candidate will after learning the technical aspects of the products be involved in developing a
road map of the major OEM customers, major applications and projects that can be exploited.
* To achieve our Business goals for the REGION assigned for. (South mainly Karnataka and Tamil Nadu)
* He will be responsible for Sales Figures, Monitoring and reporting and driving to the concerned
reporting Manager for the entire region he has been hired for.
* He will Develop clients and expand distribution to focus on opportunities and clients who deliver
meaningful business volume, have good growth potential.
* He will be responsible for Strategies for key pursuits and major projects within the market and
ensure those strategies yield high returns.
* Draw upon technical expertise within the core team of each product specialist to coordinate market
specific technical solutions to existing and emerging requirements.
* Provide analysis and performance forecasts against business plans, and when necessary, make
timely adjustments of priorities to achieve plans.
* One the key roles will be developing personal relationships with key customers.
